What you are agreeing to

25% referral fee: Of the gross commission, paid broker to broker at closing. Documented on a signed referral agreement before your client is contacted — never on a handshake.
Contact within one business day: Usually the same afternoon. You are copied on the first message so you can see exactly how your client was approached.
A written update every two weeks: Showings, feedback, offers, and the reason behind the next move. For as long as the file is open, whether or not there is good news.
Your client comes back to you: We do not market to your referrals afterwards. No newsletter, no annual valuation mailer, no drip campaign.
